Celebrating her first Oscar nod for her performance in "I, Tonya", Allison Janney, who went on to win the award for best supporting actress, made a statement in a scarlet red gown from Reem Acra with a deep V neckline and dramatic flared sleeves. On Sunday night, nearly six decades later, the Hollywood icon attended the 2018 Oscars wearing the same exact gown.

Rita Moreno wore her 1962 Oscars dress to the 90th Academy Awards.

The 86-year-old icon showed up to the 2018 Oscars red carpet Sunday wearing the same dress she wore when she won her Oscar in 1962.

She said the dress has been hanging in her closet ever since, and needed a bit of adjusting in the back in order to wear on Sunday. "I thought Judy Garland would [for Judgement at Nuremberg]", she shared.

It was Del Potro's first title since the Stockholm Open previous year and his 21st career singles title. Prize money for both the men's and women's singles champions at the 2018 event will be $1,340,860.

While almost 60 years may have passed, we think Moreno and the dress look just as incredible as they did on their first red-carpet debut.

Vanity Fair first broke the news after catching the star at the Oscars rehearsal where her daughter, Fernanda Luisa Fisher, revealed that her mom would be sporting the very same dress. The one shore wore in the '60s had straps, however, so she updated it with some minor alterations. She said that the veteran actress would re-wear her '60s look.

Meanwhile, Moreno was not the only one who knew how to recycle dresses.

Most stars spend months contemplating what they'll wear for Oscars night, but for Rita Moreno the choice was simple. "Mostly I wish I had accepted on behalf of my people that would have been so wonderful, but I swear it was so unexpected".
