Separately, she's been teasing her new single with Demi Lovato, "Fall in Line", a song she describes as an empowering hymn for women, and which W suggests could easily be interpreted as a response to the #MeToo and Trump era.

And while the song lets both divas' best qualities-those voices-shine, ultimately this track feels like Time's Up anthem the music industry needed.

Liberation, Aguilera's first album in six years, features tracks like the lead single "Accelerate", as well as "Maria"-which she's described as a favorite". It then builds to a powerful chorus in which Aguilera and Lovato are able to showcase their powerhouse vocals while demonstrating their right to stand up and, quite literally, have their voices be heard: "I got a mind to show my strength / And I got a right to speak my mind".

The two singers trade lines and harmonize throughout over a backing track that recalls Lovato's own record Tell Me You Love Me from a year ago. In the recent May 5 issue of the publication, Aguilera confirmed the duet.

White House reportedly nixes cybersecurity coordinator position
The executive dismissal comes a week after Politico first reported Bolton was highly considering removing the White House role of cyber policy adviser.

"I have always looked up to Christina". "We went through a few names of women". "I remember being at her concert and singing facing the crowd instead of the stage, knowing that that was exactly what I wanted to do in life".

"I fought for a long time to get two females in the chairs", she said.

"Once again, I found myself in that place where I'm being told what to do, what's going to be acceptable or unacceptable, what's OK or not OK", she says.
