Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra has reserved judgement to "examine the draft to see whether it is in consonance with our judgment and pass a order". Senior advocate Shyam Divan, appearing for the Karnataka government, today submitted suggestions to be dealt while finalising the Cauvery scheme.
