Get the wild details!

When it comes to her own upbringing, Jada recalls that her first sexual experience was "amazing", since her grandmother was very open with her about sex from a young age.

"My grandmother taught me about self-pleasuring because she wanted me to know that that pleasure was from me", Jada explains. "She didn't want me to fall into the hands of a man, and if he gave me pleasure, to think that that was him". She continued, "In the years I spent towards my healing, many moons ago, I realized the mind and heart can be extremely delicate without the foundation of a formidable spirit".

Jada Pinkett-Smith has made some upfront revelations over the past couple weeks through her Red Table Talks.

Jada Pinkett Smith is opening up a candid conversation about sex. Watching this show is like sitting in on a private family discussion you kind of know you have pretty much no business listening to but can't help to be intrigued enough to keep an ear open. Jada admits to have been in that troublesome state of mind before. In regard to your sexuality, because you've always been pretty free, I think.

Jada wasn't the only one revealing sex secrets though.

Meanwhile, on Monday's sex-themed episode of "Red Table Talk", Willow divulged that walking in on her parents' sexy time was her introduction to sex.

"My introduction to sex was obviously walking in on you and Daddy", Willow explained. Willow's response: "No, she is considered a attractive person". "It was in Utah... not Utah", Willow answered.

"I was going downstairs to get some juice and I saw for a little moment and I ran away. I just didn't have that".

The show didn't end there, either.

While Jada did not call out any of her son's exes by name, he's past been in public romances with model Sarah Snyder and actress Amandla Stenberg.

Jada confessed: "I think by your age, I gave myself multiples first".

"One thing I've learned in my life over the years is that mental health is something we should practice daily, not just when issues arise", she began. "What did I just see?'"

I think we're all still in shock that celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain and fashion designer Kate Spade took their own lives last week.

The businesswoman noted that many factors "either contribute to or deteriorate" her mental health, including what she eats, what she watches on TV, her spiritual practices, the people with whom she surrounds herself, and more.
