Officers swarmed Brown and took him down because he didn't immediately remove his hands from his pockets as ordered.

"I hope JR Smith double parks in Walgreens handicap Parkin spots when he's in Milwaukee!" read Andrade's post.

A Milwaukee police officer confronted Brown outside a Walgreens at 2 a.m. on January 26 after the Milwaukee Bucks guard parked his vehicle in two handicap parking spots.

Brown's attorney Mark Thomsen filed the lawsuit in federal court, accusing police of "discriminating against Mr". But the news station WISN-TV obtained additional footage that showed Brown handcuffed and on the ground while one officer held the player's shoulder and another stood on one of Brown's ankles.

"That's why I'm doing what I'm doing, so officers can be held accountable", Brown said. When their conversation became tense, the officer called more squad cars for help and eventually eight officers were standing around Brown. Nearly immediately, an officer yelled: "Taser!"

Andrade was not the only officer mentioned in the lawsuit. "And, you know, take different procedures in having interactions with African American men". But additional body camera and squad auto videos showed the moments after officers used a stun gun on him. In April 2014, a Milwaukee police officer fired 14 shots and killed Hamilton, who suffered from schizophrenia, after an altercation between the two at a park.

'Canadians smuggle scuffed shoes out of USA to avoid tariffs'
Trump said is was 'one of the worst deals ever made by this country.' He added: 'We're trying to equalize it. According to Trump Canadians "buy shoes and they wear 'em.

"If he makes a (expletive) complaint it's gonna be a media firestorm", an unnamed officer is heard saying, according to Fox 6 Now. "And then any little [expletive] thing that goes wrong is going to be "ooh Milwaukee Police Department is all racist" blah blah blah".

"I don't see what I could have done different", Brown told the Journal-Sentinel last month.

Brown's defense team pointed to the posts on Brown and Smith as well as numerous examples of racist memes and ideas appearing throughout Andrade's Facebook page, which allegedly included a post making fun of NBA Finals MVP Kevin Durant's hair.

The suit contends that the post about Smith "is an admission that (Andrade) and other Defendant officers are allowed to engage in unlawful attacks and arrests of African-Americans without justification and then relish such events without any fear of real discipline", according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Brown was never charged with anything.

Eight other officers, according to the Associated Press, were ordered to undergo remedial training in professional communications.
