The Emirates A380 aircraft on this special one-off service will be in a two-class configuration offering seats in economy class and seats in business class as well as Emirates' onboard lounge.

Emirates has become one of several airlines that have turned to virtual reality (VR) both before and during flights in an effort to better engage with its passengers and customers.

Emirates Skywards, the award-winning loyalty programme, offers its more than 400,000 Pakistani members' exclusive privileges, including earning Skywards Miles when they fly on Emirates or partner airlines, or when they use the programme's designated hotels, auto rentals, financial, leisure and lifestyle partners.

The Emirates website now allows users visiting its Emirates.com website to use web-based VR technology to get a view of the interior cabin of an Emirates A380 and Emirates Boeing 777, letting customers explore their seats and get a fool for how the journey will feel.

The graphics' high-quality nature means the view is very close to reality.

India Look To Clinch Series
Hales was included in the side in place of injured all-rounder Ben Stokes, but on current form, it will be tough to leave him out. In fact, India's last series' loss with more one T20I game also came against the same opposition, at Florida in August 2016.

Emirates' Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand (Digital), Alex Knigge, said the move is part of their aim to give clients a "world-class digital experience". The 3D seat models were created in collaboration with Spanish company Renacen.

They've also added new product videos that portray the travel experience in every cabin, highlighting the airline's unique features. This technology is compatible with all devices without the need for external applications or plug-ins.

The experience also allows actual customers to book their seats within the virtual environment with both cabin and seat selection available using any VR headset.

Customers accessing emirates.com via their mobile devices or the Emirates app for iOS and Android will also be able to explore their seats before checking in online with the 3D seat map.
