Colin Kaepernick's time away from the field may finally be coming to an end.

The Patriots and head coach Bill Belichick are known for a unique, complex offense and adding Kaepernick might throw a huge wrench into the equation for teams game-planning against them.

When TMZ caught up to Kaepernick's attorney, Mark Gregagos, who is representing him in his collusion case against the National Football League, the lawyer revealed Kaepernick's status as a free agent may soon be over.

"I would just say: Stay tuned", Geragos told TMZ. When talking about Meek Mill and a new song he wrote in support of Kaepernick, Geragos pointedly referenced the man who visited the rapper while he was in prison - New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

After cannabis study drug approval, Tilray sees skyrocketing stock price
Tilray has become the King of Pot , according to Bloomberg , nearly like the Cinderella story of our childhood. Last year, Barrick earned more than $8 billion while Tilray's revenue was only at $20 million.

In the midst of a collusion case that will determine if NFL owners have conspired to keep Kaepernick, who has a 28-30 record as an NFL starting quarterback, out of a job, the cultural icon's agent hinted that the 30-year-old could be returning to the NFL this season, and he mentioned two teams in particular.

While Kaepernick's name has been back in the news as the face of Nike's new ad campaign, it's worth noting that Current Patriots quarterback Tom Brady "liked" a photo of Kaepernick's Nike ad when it was first posted on Instagram. Courtesy of Raiders Beat, Geragos commented: "I'll say this ... if Al Davis was still alive". According to Vice Sports, the Raiders would be a logical pick for Kaepernick who hails from San Francisco and received kind words from the owner's son, Mark Davis, who gave a nod to Nike for signing the former 49ers player.

Geragos would not directly say that the news would regard Kaepernick signing a contract.

Moreover, Geragos revealed that Kap and his girl, Hot 97's Nessa, are not boycotting the NFL.
