We're told Selena is now at an East Coast psychiatric facility and is receiving dialectical behavior therapy - DBT. She's gone through it before, so it's not a completely new experience for the actor and singer.

She explained: 'As much as I am grateful for the voice that social media gives each of us, I am equally grateful to be able to step back and live my life present to the moment I have been given. The 26-year-old has been open about her struggles with mental health and depression, and even admitted she felt the need to take a social media break due to "negative comments" in September. "Obvi", she wrote on September 23.
