Ahmed Abdirzk, the alleged victim, told TMZ that the entire incident started when he saw McGregor while waiting for his vehicle at the nightclub valet station.

According to Abdirzak, McGregor - who is facing charges of strong-armed robbery and criminal mischief for the early Monday morning incident - went berserk after he spotted the British-born tourist taking a photo of him with his phone.

He alleges that Conor "tricked" him by going in for a handshake, only to grab his phone and smash it to the ground. He has since been released on a $12,500 bond, and he will return to court for an arraignment on April 10. The video is short, but clearly shows McGregor in possession of a phone.

Video obtained by TMZ shows the alleged incident.

He opened the scoring after a cutback from Aaron Ramsey in the opening five minutes to get Arsenal off to a flawless start. The Gunners need to overturn a 3-1 deficit from the first leg in France, if they seek to progress to the next round.

McGregor was recently released from jail after being arrested and charged with robbery and criminal damage in Miami.

The alleged victim, Ahmed Abdirzak of England, were both exiting the Fountainebleu Hotel at around 5:20 a.m. when they met. Abdirzak attempted to take a photo of McGregor with his phone but McGregor allegedly slapped the phone out of Abdirzak's hand to the floor.

Otherwise, it should be noted that McGregor had just finished his community service work after an arrest previous year in NY, where the former UFC champion ultimately pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and avoided jail time.

McGregor is now serving a nine-month suspension from MMA following his involvement in a post-fight brawl that saw a near riot ensue following his UFC 229 loss to UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
